Auto payment done by Apple pay but my account got downgraded from Dropbox Plus to Free Basic
Auto annual payment done by Apple pay Febuary 15 2024, and I had my account downgraded from Dropbox Plus to Free Basic for lack of payment.
That is insane that there is no way to contact Dropbox costumer service by a mistake that they did about my account, is frustrating!
I`m a customer for years, renewed every year automtic, I`m payed fully for a Dropbox Plus until Feuary 2025 and I have my account downgraded!
O hope I received a contact of Dropbox suppot by this mesage!!
