Billed 195$ but Dropbox says I don't have a plan/space and asks me to upgrade.

Hi! i recently got charged 195.22 on my bank account and my dropbox account still doesnt work and only displays 2gb of available storage space. 
What is happening?

    You likely have more than one account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.
