Cancel Account that I no longer have access to
I noticed in my bank charges this morning that I have been paying for a subscription to a former work email linked dropbox account. I need to cancel the subscription but cannot login to the account as I no longer have access to the email address. My former workplace has cancelled or deleted my old account so any verification codes being sent to the email address are not received.
Please let me know how I can cancel the subscription and delete the account or transfer ownership to my personal email address.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Thanks Rich! I have just contacted them via that page. Thanks for the incognito tip.
