Cancel my old account

Hello Everyone,

I need to cancel a subscription with another account. However I cannot access it as the email is defunct. I really need to stop this subscription. Any help would be much appreciated.

    In this case, you can contact our support team directly for further assistance since some sensitive information is going to be needed.

     

    To do so, please use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant details.

     

    Once you do and get a ticket from our system, you can share its number with us here so that we can look it up in our system as well if needed.

      Hi Walter,

      Do I need to put my credit card information in? I have changed my debit card over time so do I have to use the old one I changed?
