Cancel subscription from former work account
Hi Dropbox team,
I was checking my banking statement recently and noticed a charge. After using your tools to see which account it's linked with, I realized I never canceled a subscription I had under an old work email. I do not have access to that email anymore so I cannot log in, but I would still love assistance in canceling this plan as I am not an active user of dropbox.

In such cases, we usually recommend reaching out to our support team directly for further assistance.
To do so, make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any Dropbox account and fill in this form with all the relevant information.
Once this is done and you get a ticket ID from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up as well.
