Cancel subscription that I have no access to
Hello Dropbox or anyone who is familiar with this issue, I need some help cancelling my subscription from my university email account that I am no longer able to login to. Really appreciate it!

Hi there Beefzwang - happy Friday and sorry to hear about this.
In this case, since you don't have access to the email address that's linked to the account you'd like to cancel, I'd recommend using this form to reach out to our support team directly.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account and fill in all the relevant information.

Hi Walter, this issue hasn't been solved and my bank account still be charging after submitting multiple forms as you mentioned. Can you help me please?

Hi Hannah, thank you for reaching out! I just figured out that I misplaced and switched my personal email account with my school email account when I fill out the form. I just submitted another form. Appreciate it! Ticket#24754770
