Cancelling Dropbox - difficulty as no documentation of account but billed monthly and yearly..
I would like to cancel an account that I have no access to as the company cannot remember setting up the account. We have been billed monthly and yearly. The yearly is recently with [email removed as per Community Guidelines] and Dropbox 526998838 and others since Sept 22 at 19.99. We wish to cancel.

Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
If you have any issues creating a ticket, I am here for you just let me know!

Thank you for your instructions - it is not clear enough - I have been on the page that you directed and came to this community platform. I am not signed in. Where do I select to get the ticket number reference? I am not technically minded, this is difficult so bear with me. Monies have been taken out of a company's account and we are trying to trace this so that we can cancel Dropbox which we are not using. Best.

I now see that there are instructions that I have to log in, to see available support options based on plan and account type. Unfortunately, I do not have information about the account - just that there has been yearly and monthly monies taken out of the account on behalf of Dropbox by ADYEN NV. We have the transactions numbers. It would be great not to be lost and frustrated to close an account not know to us but monies is being taken out.
