    Hi JuliePT, welcome to our Community! 

     

    Do you get any errors when trying to change your billing info? 

     

    Also, did you originally upgrade your plan using directly the Dropbox website, or AppleStore/GooglePay?

     

    Feel free to try doing the same from a different browser, to see if it works.

      @Megan I'm having the same problem as @JuliePT. I get "Something went wrong. Please refresh the page or contact customer support. And yes, I've tried from 4 different devices, 4 different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Microsoft Edge) AND an incognito window. I cleared my cache. Always the same outcome. In the meantime, my account has been downgraded from Plus to Basic and this is hindering my remote work. I should mention my husband tried from his device with his totally separate account and he experienced the same results. It's got to be the website.
