Can't access my email address to login and cancel my subscription
Hi there...
I have a dropbox account that I have not used for years. However - I no longer have access to the email address that I used to create the account. So I can't log in to cancel it. I've tried to reach customer support several times but with no luck. So I just keep paying month after month. Does anyone have a hack for this problem?

Hey jesperwahlberg, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community!
If you'd like to cancel a subscription you can't access, I'd suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
To do this, open a private browsing/incognito window on your browser and go to this page.
In the "I want to look up information related to:" box, choose "other" and put in an email address you can access.
Then fill out the form, submit your request and give us the ticket number once you have it.
