Can't access my old email, need to cancel subscription
I am unable to sign into my dropbox account as the email address is from a workplace and they have eliminated the account, I no longer have access to it. I have the password to the account but when i try to login it says youve sent me a verification code to the email account. I need to cancel the premium Dropbox subscription on the account and delete the account. How can I do this without having access to the email address?

Hey madsssssss, thanks for reaching out to us.
I would suggest opening a private browsing window on your browser, and going to this page.
From there, you should be able to submit a help request to our support team directly.
Once you have the ticket number, please send that along here as well.
Thanks!

Hi Hannah, ive still have gotten no answer and its been 7 days since my first request. Ive made 3 complaints after that one and still nothing. Could you give an alternative way to communicate? I really cant afford to keep paying the subscription for a service im not using

I no longer have the email adress associated with my account. I need to cancel Dropbox and this is not possible without the code.

You need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support. However, make sure you are not logged in (even to here). Incognito windows work well
