Cant find my account
Started a dropbox account with the professional subscription at my former employer. Been charged twice since I stopped working there, but I cant access my account, the only proof I have of its existence its the receipt from my credit card company. I would very much like to get this resolved, super annoying and whats worse is that I cannot contact dropbox my phone since I cant access the paid membership account.

Hi there Eirik1, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
Have you tried the self served look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated the charges in question?
If that doesn't help much, you can reach out to our support team through this form.
Just make sure to use an incognito window and fill out all the relevant information.
Once you get a ticket number from our system, you can share it with us here so that we can look it up too.
