Can't re-subscribe after a trial month of Plus through app store.
Hi,
Has anyone ran into the same problem? I had a free month of trial though itunes/app store and after the trial ran out, I decided to subscribe direclty with dropbox but apparently can't since my account/plan tab shows that it's still managed externally - even though it also shows "Your free trial of Dropbox Plus will end on July 11, 2023." The chat didn't provide any help.

Hey djquest, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
If you check your plan tab, do you see that your account has been downgraded back to the free version, or does it still show as a Plus trial?
A screenshot of the plan tab would be really helpful.
And can you also send us a screenshot of the message you see about your trial ending?

sure thing, I think both of those are seen here. It's back to basic. The screenshot is taken today so a bit weird with the "will end on july 11".
