Can't upgrade

You need to provide more information before anyone will know how best to help you. WHY can't you upgrade? Are you getting an error message? Are you trying to upgrade on the Dropbox website or through a mobile app? And why can't you access your files? Again, are you getting an error? Typically, not being able to upgrade wouldn't affect your ability to access the files already in your account.
