Change billing information
I have received a final notice that my deceased husband's account will be downgraded because of billing inability. But, try as I have, I cannot get into the "change billing" function to add a new credit card. Please help as the downgrade will happen very soon. Thank you.

Since you have access to his account, could you check the current plan of the account?

Walter: My deceased husband upgraded to Dropbox Plus sometime ago. I don't know when as I haven't used Dropbox. In trying to change his settings for Dropbox Plus, I may have inadvertently set up a new account. That was not my intention. The instructions for changing billing say to go to his account, then settings, then billing but I don't see the billing tab. Thank you for your help. Lisa, the wife.
