Since you have access to his account, could you check the current plan of the account?

Walter: My deceased husband upgraded to Dropbox Plus sometime ago. I don't know when as I haven't used Dropbox. In trying to change his settings for Dropbox Plus, I may have inadvertently set up a new account. That was not my intention. The instructions for changing billing say to go to his account, then settings, then billing but I don't see the billing tab. Thank you for your help. Lisa, the wife.

Are you positive you're logged into your husband's account? When you navigate to the plan tab what do you see there, Lisa?

Walter: When I go to the Dropbox page, I see MH, which is Mark's initials. When I go to settings, I see Basic Plan. However, it used to be Dropbox Plus and the notice of downgrade refers to downgrading down to 2mg. As I said in an earlier message, I may have inadvertently created a new account for Mark when I was trying to sort things out? Here is the notice below from Dropbox. Thanks, Lisa

MARK, we tried multiple attempts to renew your Dropbox plan, but couldn't process your payment. Your account will downgrade on October 15, 2023 if you do not update your billing info.
If your usage is over 2 GB, Dropbox will stop syncing and you won't be able to add any new files or photos to your Dropbox.
