Charge to my acct and have not been charged for drop box for years.

I was recently charge 11.99 for dropbox from my checking acct.  I thought I accidently subscribed to something as I was getting things ready for my sons graduation.  I've logged into drop box on all the devices that I may have used to pull pictures and attempt to play old CD ROM and nothing is popping up.  How do I figure out what this charge is for and cancel it before the next billing cycle?

    Have you tried using our self-served look-up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge?

     

    If not, could you give it a go and let me know if it helps at all?

     

    Otherwise, you can submit a ticket to our support team through this form. Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account.
