Charged 19.99 randomly after cancelling subscription two months ago.
I had a drop box trial and then paid for a month, I then cancelled the subscription and went back to Dropbox standard and two months later they take out 19.99 from my new bank card I never even put in to drop box so how would they know? And it says continuous? And getting through to the right support or contacting Dropbox I have more luck winning the lottery

Hi littleboo, sorry to hear about that!
It might sound trivial, but are you the only one that has access to your billing info?
Have you by any chance tried using our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charges in question?
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail. You can do this by logging into any account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
