Charged for 30 day free trial

I canceled (within a day) my order 30 day free trial and was charged for it.

I made the purchase and cancelation through the Google play store. The help suggestion to go through Google play doesn't work - since I've already canceled. It only gives me the option to resubscribe, not ask for a refund.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Can customer support email me (so I don't have to keep coming back here). Thanks!
