Charged for cancelling 30 day trial???
I signed up for a 30 day trial on the 13th April, then cancelled the subscription on the same day and have now been charged £95.88 two days later.
Can any explain why this might have happened and how I can get my money back? Can't seem to be able to speak to anyone properly on this site.
I've not had any emails or anything since signing up. Very confused.

Hey there, jb95, let's see what we can find together!
Is it possible that you either accidentally didn't follow through with the cancellation process, or that you were charged for a different Dropbox account?
Have you tried to contact Dropbox Support directly for this?
You can visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Once you do, feel free to send me the ticket number reference, in order for me to locate it on my end.
Let me know more!
