Charged for subscription I didn't sign up for
I've been charged for two years now for a subscription I don't want or never used other than ONE time for the trial period in which it was too complicated. I have repeatedly tried to cancel but they make it so impossibly hard to do. I'm doubting even this will help since nothing has.

Sorry to hear about this, terijolc.
Is it possible that you're logged in to an account that's not your paid one? What kind of plan do you see in your account settings here?
If you're logged in to a different account and don't know/remember the email address linked to the paid one, you can use our lookup tool, to find the email address and sign in.
Once you sign in, you should be able to cancel the subscription, by following these steps.
Let me know if you have any issues.
- terijolcHelpful | Level 5I don’t know the answers to your questions. Several times I’ve tried to figure this out and gave up. Last year I gave up I got so sick of it.

Hi terijolc, as this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
