Charged without an active account - how can I get a refund?
I was charged to a yearly subscription to Dropbox even though I havnt had an active account with them for four years
Any help with going about getting refund

Hi, I suggest you contact Dropbox Support directly and explain the situation to them. Visit the Support page while you're not signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for billing issues: https://www.dropbox.com/support/billing-issues
