Credit Card Account Link Lost
I've had a reoccurring charge for $11 on my credit card for YEARS. I always thought it was associated to the account we made when we got married, but it turns out THAT account is on Basic.
When I used the credit card look up tool, it didn't work. Even though I'm staring at a charge from yesterday to this credit card, it doesn't recognize the last four and expiration date.
I need to find out what account has been charging my credit card this whole time. Can someone please help?

Oh, and because the only two accounts I actually know exist and have access too are only Basic accounts, I can't get a hold of any live support from Dropbox. They have my credit card, and have taken hundreds of dollars from me, but I can't actually get in touch with them because I don't have access to whatever paid account that is.
So I'm two sheets to the wind here, hoping for some help instead of having to cancel my entire credit card and replace everything 😞

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
