Credit Card Failure

Hi

I have tried with support help to update me Credit Card but too many failed attempts. I have tried my VISA Credit Card and also Dropbox too with the same error.

Now I cant try again as my account has been degraded even though I asked support to put notes in that I am trying as this is my work dropbox account and cant do any work until its working so I have followed all the recommendations to try and fix but still failed.

I cant reply on support ticket as I cant access that not its grayed out (as if I was not a paid account).

I have got all my friends and every business I work with to get Dropbox and have had for over 10 years with no problems but now that I have you have just dropped me and no loyality to your customers, very disappointed.

Please can someone call me back on my registered mobile as I cant request that either.

 

Failure, Credit Card, Professional Account, Paid Account, Unable to contact support, long term customer

    Hey there midnightmerlin, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    Could you please share your ticket's ID from your interaction with our support team so that we can look it up in our system?

     

    Also, since you've been downgraded to the Basic plan, have you tried upgrading through our plans page?
