DB SAYS I'M OUT OF STORAGE EVEN IF I HAVE A 2To DROPBOX PLUS ACOUNT PAID VIA APPLESTORE
good evening,
I'm living in hell right now !
Without having done anything DB is telling me my 2Gb storage space is full up , ignoring my 2To Dropbox plus plan subscribed via Apple store and paid each month with no paiement accident ....
I can't change to a higher subscription plan because an error is always occurring telling me to ask for the customer assistance , and when i chat with chatbot it asks me to give a 12 number ID ( which should be on my credit card ticket )that i don't have because i pay via Apple store........
It's like a snake bitting his tail , i don't know what to do , if someone has even face such a situation i'll be glad to ear for his/her advices.

Can you let me know when was the last actual charge you received by Apple for this Dropbox subscription? If you check your email address, do you see any recent receipts there?
Can you also send me a screenshot of what you see on this page?
