Double charged for dropbox by google play

I have been fighting Google Play and Dropbox for 4 double charges on my credit card. Google play tells me I have 2 accounts on my 1 email which is incorrect. This all started when I changed a credit card payment when my dropbox account became downgraded. I have a ticket number. All docs asked of me have been sent. Getting NO help. Plz help me.

    Could you share your ticket ID with us so that we can look it up in our system?

     

    Also, did you try sorting this out with Google directly perhaps?

      I am working with both Dropbox and Google Play and getting no where. I stopped the subscription until the error is sorted and have been tossed away by customer service. Next step bank to report fraud and give the bank all my documentation. Please help. Dropbox ticket #22931119
