Downgraded Dropbox Plus - still says I need to pay though

I had a subscription for a 30 days free trial of dropbox plus. I already downgraded that one to the free basic version. Now I received an email telling me, I'd need to pay soon because my 30 days are over - unless I'd downgrade. Which I already did but I never received a confirmation mail. But when I'm logging in on my account there is no option to downgrade because I am already on the free basic version. I have no idea what to do - there is no option to contact anyone on the support team. Anyone had the same problem yet or knows how to deal with that?

Hi Emmamiluha, thanks for contacting us!

Did you upgrade to the trial via the Dropbox site directly, or from the mobile app?

This will help me to assist further!

Hey Jay, sorry for the late response - I did it via Dropbox Site directly, not via mobile app. What's your recommendation? Thanks!

Hey Emmamiluha, thanks for this info.

If you go to your account settings here, does it show that you're on the Basic plan?

And when was the last time you received one of those emails?

Can you send us a screenshot of the email you received, so we can check it out?
