Dropbox app store subscription problem

Subscribed through app store for dropbox plus subscription and even tried the restore through dropbox "restore purchases" but nothing seems to reflect as it is still in basic plan. Is there any other way to solve it?

    Did you receive any errors, when trying to restore purchases?

     

    Also, is there any chance you may have a different Dropbox account under another email address, that may have been upgraded instead?

     

    Did you receive a receipt from Apple to this email address, when you upgraded?

      I tried restore purchases and I get an error.

      My Apple ID is registered to a different email from my Dropbox account so that may be why I can’t access the membership?

      I created an account with my Apple ID email and the upgraded membership still isn’t showing.

      I got a receipt of purchase to my email.
