Can't cancel my Dropbox Backup trial from Seagate

Seagate Dropbox Backup + Dropbox Basic
Payment Method
Linked my Card as a payment method
How did you upgrade?
Via DropBox website

Question or Issue

My Seagate comes with a 6 month free trial for Dropbox Backup plan, upon subscribing for this free trial.. I received an email saying:

But I cannot find a way to remove this free trial, I no longer need to use it as I found out that I need to upgrade my Dropbox plan first in order to use it. I have no use of it since 2GB Basic Dropbox plan is not enough for me to backup my 2TB Seagate. 

I now want to cancel the subscription trial and delete my account. I am pretty good with technology, so I know how to cancel it but there is no option to do it in dropbox in my account. Nor am I able to delete my credit card details from the account. I have attached screenshots of the email received and my "plans" page. No option to remove this at all! 

 

Kindly assist me to:

  1. Cancel this trial.
  2. Remove my credit card from your billing system.

    Hey Walter​ Do You Remember Me I Am Jay I have also got the same issue to cancle dropbox backup plan comes with seagate hdd that time Hannah​ helped me on mail and connect me to jake from dropbox support and he cancled my subscription but two days earlier i have recived this email

     

    Accroding to jake your member my plan has de activated but why i am reciving this email if it alredy deactivated that time also i confirm with jake that is my plan cancled or not he said dont worry your plan is de activated you dont chared in future. Now i am confused please help me to re confirm the cancelation of my plan and if my plan is not cancled the cancle my plan with immmediate effect i dont want to be charged. i am sharing some screenshots of my earlier discussions and mail i recived two days ago to help you to give refrence.
