Dropbox debited $71.88 without any notice, Please refund
Dropbox debited $71.88 without any notice. Also, I haven't logged in to Dropbox since 5 years and haven't selected any plans, so how can Dropbox debit money from my account? Please refund my payment....

2 years agoDropbox does give notice - it sends multiple emails prior to billing you.
Dropbox can only debit an account if you gave it your card details - it cannot just randomly guess them. If you hadnt logged in within 5 years your account would have been deleted - they delete after 12 months.
To resolve the only way to do so is contact support at www.dropbox.com/support

sankpal476, did you also check the spam folder of your email address?
Did you receive those charges directly from Dropbox, or iTunes/Google Play? You can check your bank statement to see that, as well.

- terijolc2 years agoHelpful | Level 5IDK what all I’ve tried because everything is an endless loop of try this, do this, go here, click this, but never gets me anywhere. At this point I’m reporting this as fraud to the BBB, NCDF, FTC and Huntington Bank. I’m done playing their games.
