Dropbox failed to update my account

I paid to upgrade my account on 11/26. Dropbox hasn’t updated my account status. I have the PayPal receipt for proof. I can’t get Dropbox attention to upgrade my account. Any suggestions?

    Hey Keylargonancy, sorry to hear about this.

     

    To get in touch with our support team directly, I would suggest opening a private browsing/incognito window and going to this page.

     

    From there, you can insert your info and submit a help request.

     

    Once you do so, please send us the ticket number for the communication as well, so we can look it up in our system.
