I want to email a question to support as the chatbot isn't able to resolve my issue. When I go to http://www.dropbox.com/get_help,it says my support options include email, but I only have access to the chatbot. It's the exact same issue as the thread below and I have tried all the suggestions in the thread below.

I am having this exact same problem, I have a Plus subscription yet can not contact a human, the AI chatbot keeps telling me to go to the page I am already on.

Hey brinkdinges, thanks for your update.
From what I can see, the ticket you mentioned is closed, but I see that the follow-up ticket you opened, is with the appropriate team.
They'll review it and get back to you with more info the soonest possible, as I've passed your comments along and raised the priority of the ticket.

Yes, I tried it a couple of times. It keeps telling me to go to the main help page (which forwards to the page I'm on, with the chatbot) and to click a button (to create a new ticket) that does not exist.
This is about ticket 25811538.

Have you tried to interact and communicate with our automated chat option in order to resolve your issue?

Can you send me an email or create a ticket on my behalf as well? There is currently no way to create a ticket on the support page. I'm logged in, tried incognito and can see my previous requests:

I tried that link in an incognito browser and it still sends me to the same page with the chatbot and no email support option. I've tried it on Chrome & Safari and no luck.
