Dropbox Subscription Frustration

Hi all, I have a Dropbox Plus Subscription, however the app and online is saying my account is only Basic and will not allow access to my files. I have searched the support website all morning, but cannot find access to Chatbot and obviously are not able to access the Plus support options I am paying for given they have my account set as Basic. Any ideas on how to get this fixed, other than heading onto socials and making a scene?! I have even tried clicking on the link they have in red to ‘upgrade from basic to plus’ as the size of my files is way over what a Basic account allows, but can’t as it shows up as ‘You are already subscribed to this’. This is really testing my patience - as is the ‘support centre’ options taking me in circles with no actual support - so all insight and suggestions are greatly appreciated!! TIA.

    If you happen to be using the iOS app, could you restore your purchases as outlined here and let us know how it goes?
