Error when trying to change from Family plan to Plus plan.

I'm currently using a family plan. 

I'm participating as a team member.

Currently, all of our teams are trying to change to Plus plans.

However, there was an error during payment at the place where the payment was made, so it is impossible to move on to the next step.

What should I do?

    Hi JSkwon, I hope you're doing well! 

     

    In order to upgrade your account to the Plus plan, you will first need to opt out of your Family plan.

     

    You as a Family member can opt out of a Family plan at any time. 

     

    Keep in mind that when you leave the plan, you’ll keep your individual free Basic account and all your files and folders but lose access to the features and storage space of Dropbox Family.

     

    The steps for leaving the Family plan can be found here


    After you have left the Family plan, you can then choose a different plan that meets your needs such as the Plus one.
