Fail to pay dropbox plus using paypal

I want to subscript dropbox plus using paypal. After I get the final payment page, I click "agree & pay now". However, it goes back to the original page and tell me that "Something went wrong, please try again". I wonder how could I subscripte it using paypal.

    Hi yujunzhou, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

     

    Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

     

    Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

     

    This will help me to assist further!

    Thanks! But I still fail to pay using paypal after changing browsers or clearning my cache. I wonder whether this is a common issue. Is there some further approached I could take to solve this problem?
