False advertising when assessing plan prices
I came to purchase a plan from Dropbox through Adobe Perks with a 50% off offer for the first year. Sounded good to me. I was presented with the upsell to Essentials and the small print said after a 30 day free trial I'd be charged AU$153.48/yr including taxes. This was cheaper than the Plus account which would go up to AU$186.88/yr plus taxes after the first discounted year, so of course I selected that option.
My confirmation email contradicts this offer and says that I will be charged AU$306.90 after the 30 day trial period.
This is not what I signed up for and I cannot find any way of contacting sales or support to address this. I took screenshots of the checkout because it felt like it was too good to be true. I was right.

Is it a likely outcome that Dropbox will honour the $153.45/yr for the Essentials Plan?

Hi Walter,
Thanks for replying, I've added screenshots from my email and Dropbox Subscriptions page here.
I was struggling to find a way to send a message or open a ticket through the Support pages. After digging through a bit and then trying the Bot (which didn't seem to activate when I clicked Ask Chatbot) I came here to post.
Thanks for guiding me through. Was rushing to get started on a remote job and this threw me off.

Hi notbyhalf - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you send us a screenshot of the email you received that mentions the AU$306.90 amount as well?
Also, what is reported in your plan tab at the moment? Have you tried contacting our support team directly about this from this page?
Let us know more and we'll take it from there.
