Getting charged a different amount than my plan.
I'm on a Simple Plan which is $9.99 a month but I'm getting charged $18.69 per month.

Hi samet3, I'd be happy to help with that!
Have you by any chance tried using our self served look up tool to identify the email address that's associated with the charge in question?
Based on the amount you mentioned, it sounds like a Dropbox Professional subscription.
Do you remember creating a Professional trial at some point maybe, that could have renewed to a paid subscription?
I'm waiting for your response!

Thank you for your response. I have tried that tool. It shows the $18.69 amount. I don’t recall getting a Professional Account. - Nancy2 years ago

Hey samet3, sorry for jumping in.
Just to clarify, do you want to keep the Professional subscription as well, or do you only need the Simple plan you’re currently using?
- samet32 years agoExplorer | Level 3I’m happy to keep the Simple Subscription. I’m pretty sure I’m not subscribed for the Proffesional

If you don’t wish to keep the Professional plan, we can log a ticket and look into this internally.
Can we reach out to you to this email address?
