Got charged after cancelling my subscription
Does anyone know howe to contact Dropbox for a refund after you've cancelled a subscription? I cleaned out my Dropbox storage weeks ago and cancelled my subscription online. Today, I just got billed for another year. Help!

You need to contact them at www.dropbox.com/support and send proof of the cancellation which you got via email.

I cancelled my Dropbox individual plan at least 7 days prior to renewal. Then I got charged for another year anyway. DOES ANYONE FROM DROPBOX MONITOR THIS FORUM? I have repeatedly sent emails to support because I'm NOT ALLOWED to talk to a real person.
