Having issues when trying to upgrade. Getting an error that something went wrong.

Says I need to upgrade, when I click on recommended programme, the payments page says something went wrong contact a support assistant

    Are you receiving the same error on multiple web browsers?

     

    If yes, feel free to send me a screenshot of it. 

     

    I'd like to have a look.

    I have one laptop on Chrome, another on Bing and my phone on Safari. I get the same error message on them all

    Hi Madjock26, sorry to jump in here! 

     

    Keep in mind that your screenshot wasn't attached. Can you try again, by clicking the camera-like icon and then trying to attach your file? 

     

    Did you use a plan in the past, or at the moment? What do you see when visiting your account's plan page

    Hey mrsriddell, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    May I ask if you've tried an alternative payment method to upgrade your account? 

     

    Also, have you tried to upgrade using a different browser or a private browsing window?

    It isn’t even letting me get that far on the process to choose a different payment.

    Hey mrsriddell, have you tried a different browser too, as suggested above? 

     

    Did you use a plan before that, by any chance?
