How can I cancel a subscription that's connected to an unknown Dropbox account?

I have a subsription that I pay for every month. But I dont use that anymore. It is under a email adress and account I dont use anymore.. So I want to cancel the subscription, but not sure how to do it. I cant figure out which account I have used, the one where money is being taken from my account every month.

    You can use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're paying for.

    But how  will that help if he can't access those emails in order to log in and cancel?
