How can I cancel and get a refund?

I've been unsuccessful in accessing this account as it was erroneously set up along with this subscription. NOW I'VE BEEN CHARGED TWICE FOR A SERVICE I NEVER USED! Promptly, cancel this subscription and close this account and REFUND MY MONEY, ANY CHARGES TO MY CARD!!!

    You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
