How can I change my billing details when I'm seeing a Basic account?

I want to change the Billing for my Dropbox Account.  The instructions say to go to your profile then click on Settings and Billing.  However, there is no Billing option shown.  I am being charged an...

If Dropbox would only freakin update their information! I had the same problem and wasted an hour or two trying to get around exactly what you found above - all 'help' says go to Settings and then Billing. DOESN'T WORK. Under your picture, you have to go to Manage Account and then you'll see Subscriptions and Billing on the left side. 

DROPBOX - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR DIRECTIONS AND SAVE YOU USERS LOTS OF FRUSTRATION!
