How can I go back to a personal account after a trial?

Hi there!  I had a trial account back in 2017 and i just got the notice that i had to update it or it would be deleted.  When I logged on it's been changed to. ME account.  I am unable to a personal ...

    You likely started a Business trial account. At the end of the trial, if you haven't canceled, it automatically converts to a full Business team account. If you no longer with to have a team account you can downgrade it back to an individual account.
