How can I refund an unauthorized payment?
Hello, my name is Bassel Makhlouf
I believe Dropbox has received a payment of $125.87 by PayPal on my behalf, but I did not authorize this transaction. I deactivated my Dropbox account many months ago & it wasn't my intention to reactivate it anytime soon.
So kindly, I need this amount to be refunded back to my PayPal account.

Hi Beeesm, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link, choose 'Other' and then put in an email address that you can access, followed by your billing info.
