How can I verify that my Quicken coupon was added?

quicken coupon code did not add more dropbox space that I can see, How can I verify?

    Hi there, jackiehawaii, thanks for reaching out to us.

     

    You should be able to see all your quota extras in the plan tab of your account settings.

     

    Do you see the space added by the Quicken coupon?

    do you mean tab that says:

    Other ways you’ve earned

    Earned 13.88 GB

    Bonus type Updated Status
    Coupon
    Promo Coupon 3/21/2023
    5 GB

     

    per this it only shows the 5gb added when I bought quicken last year

    FYI:  i just purchased Quicken Premier good April 1, 2025 on amazon.

    This same dropbox problem happened last yer.  Dropbox ended up adding the 5gb. Quicken support was of no help.

    The dropbox code quicken said to use was: removed 

    that is code that said " already used"

    Hi jackiehawaii, and sorry to jump in here. 

     

    Did you receive right from the first try an error that the Quicken code has been redeemed or did you also get another type of error?

    Said it was redeemed 1st try. Same happened last year. Not sure now if quicken or Dropbox added the extra 5gb last year. I was on phone today with quicken for over an hour. Their conclusion was it’s a Dropbox problem. I have used quicken since they started in late 80s and with Dropbox since their start. Love them both- but this problem with the free 5gb space seems to stick around. Thanks for helping out.

    If you need any docs showing that I just bought quicken premier, please let me know. It’s good through April 2025. Or screenshots showing the message that the code was already used I can do that, too.
