How do I cancel my subscription?
I cnnot afford this. I am a retired teacher on a limited, fixed income.

This is beyond frustrating!
No tech support whatsoever. No phone # no live chat NOTHING. i do not have time for this.
Supposed to read 30,000 posts?????
I CURRENTLY HAVE 14 DROPBOX TABS OPEN AND NOT 1 TELLS ME DEFINITIVLY HOW TO DELET DROPBOX.
VERY, VERY SAD STATE OF Affairs AT DrOpBoX.

I have tried following the instructions on your help pages to cancel the subscription via PC and also via my iphone but the subscription does not appear on the account so can't be cancelled. Please advise next steps - I do not wish to purchase a subscription. Many thanks!

Since there is no way to recover this account, there is also no way for me to change or cancel the type of subscription. Someway to delete the old account differently?

Please cancel my subscription. I am on a fixed income and no longer use Dropbox. I have requested a cancellation 6 times in the past 6 months. Please refund my credit card.

it's enraging that DB makes it impossible to cancel a subscription to their terrible service. i read every post, googled how to do it on phone and laptop - all deadends. help!

I am not able to contact support through the support link provided. I spoke live chat with someone who couldn't help and ended the discussion without a resoluation. I have been trying to cancel my account and all the links that were provided are not available on my platform. I would like to cancel my account asap. Please help me.
