How long does a refund take to process?
Hey,
I just contacted Dropbox via live chat today to cancel my subscription and get a refund for the same. The customer care executive accepted the request and processed the refund, and my account has been downgraded to basic. The refund amount is being shown as "completed" in my billing page. When will I receive the refund?

Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to be processed so I'd recommend waiting for some time and then check again.
