How to cancel my subscription, if I can't access the account?
My personal dropbox account was connected to a gmail account that no longer exists.
Therefore, I can't access my dropbox account files because it sends me a code to login to this old email account that no longer exists (was merged, but nothing is being forwarded).
Fortunately, I have most of these dropbox files in icloud, however, I'm still being charged for the old dropbox account. How do I cancel this without having to get into my old account since I'm unable to do so.

Hey purpletaurus, and thanks for your post today.
Since that's the case, I would suggest reaching out to our support team directly.
You can do so by opening a private browsing/incognito window and going to this page.
There, in the "I want to look up information related to:" section, choose "other" and then put in an email address you can access.
When you have your ticket number, please send it over to us as well.
