How to retrieve an invoice for our annual billing?
My company credit card was charged for an annual dropbox fee and I need documentation for it to reconcile the credit card statement. I am unable to access it using the chatbot on the site. When I go to the Billing page there is nothing showing. I called the number on the credit card statement and it directs me to the website. I'm chasing my tail on this one.

Hey AmandaHx! Hope you’re doing well.
If you can’t see anything under Billing, then you may be logged in to the wrong Dropbox account (with a free Basic plan).
When checking the bank statement, is there a 12-digit transaction ID linked to your Dropbox charges? If there is, you can insert it in the provided field here and then compare the email address you’ll get to the one you see here. Are they the same?
If not, you'll need to log out of your current Dropbox account and sign back in with the correct credentials, before going to the Billing page again.
