How to trace and confirm refund from Dropbox
I have been debited an amount from my Mastercard due to a Dropbox subscription. The same day I was debited,I contact customer service and asked for a refund,I received a mail stating I had been refunded but I wasn't given any ARN number,I contacted my bank because I haven't been credited the amount and they asking for an ARN. Please I am in desperate need to get my money back.can someone help me out? P.S,I am African and in Ghana I use Ghana commercial bank for my financial services.

How long ago did they give a refund?
They usually take 5 to 7 working days to clear.
