I am not able to cancel Basic trial subscription and Dropbox already charged me
Hello,
I am trying to unsubscribe the Basic trial, but there is no option in my account to cancel the subscription. Drop box has already charged my credit card.
How to cancel the subscription?

Did you upgrade through the website directly or via the app store on a mobile device?
What is your plan tab showing at the moment?

How did you start the trial? Was it through the Dropbox website, or within the app on a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.)?
Also note that a Basic account is free. There is no trial or subscription for it. If you look at your Plan page and your account shows as Basic (not Basic+), then the account you're looking at is free and has no subscription or trial to cancel. In that case, use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the account that you're being charged for.
